Messages sent to everyone in the Pirate class, Saturday [NFB]

Figuring a far number of his students might not have email yet -- and leaning into the pirate aesthetic, because why the hell not? -- Duke bribed a squirrel into delivering handwritten messages to his class (and keeping it on the down low). Written on creamy parchment and sealed with wax using an actual doubloon, because when commit to an aesthetic, you go all the way:

Ahoy mateys!

It would seem that the "badass bitch" class has been given a very special assignment this week. A caper of the highest order: to sneak into teachers' offices in search of a particular hatchet. I don't know why and I don't care. I do know that this is the PERFECT opportunity for you all to get your proper pirate on. Find the hatchet yourselves. Keep it and lord it over your friends, or bring it to me and be richly rewarded!

Some things to remember:

1. Pirates don't care about permission, but that doesn't save them from consequences
2. The squirrels are always watching
3. Dead menDrunk squirrels tell no tales

Radio has already reported a rug trap being set off yesterday in one office, so tread carefully. Work together. And get that badass hatchet!
